How can I determine when my fleet leaving penalty expires?

I've looked in the radioman, but as easy to navigate as the interface is, I've been unable to find that information.

You go and actually apply to the Fleet Leader. If the penalty is still there, it will say you cannot apply until a certain time. As far as I know, that is the only way to check (other than sending in a ticket of course).

7 days from the time you left (or your fleet/squad disbanded), is the length of the penalty from what I've seen.
