To the best of my knowledge, SDE and TNF will not deal with trades. The only way you can get that crew back is get your colleague to log on and give you the crew back. Or send a ticket, but i doubt they will do anything.

These issues are dealt with through the support system.

It is very seldom that loaned crew are returned, as this is done outside the TNF guidelines and the lender is responsible for this type of transaction.
If the account in question is suspended then evidence of trade to that account is required.

as long as u have scrren shots and the other person screenied saying they are borrowing it and have to give it back. then TNF WILL get ur crew back as u did follow the rules of trading

but if u dont have screenies they wont do anything
