TO my friends and fellow Navyfield friends
it is with much excitement and regret - that I inform you of my official resignation from Navyfield.
Over the past 2 months - time was so hard to find to play. I wanted to play but other requirements dragged me away.
At the beginning of February, I announced I would be returning,
that was untill I was offered a part time job working as a youth minister at my local church.
They requested 10 hours a week from me, on top of the 40 hour week I already work.
Ive always wanted to return to ministry.
To me, this left little choice to make the final decision to make moving forward in life my first and FOREMOST importance, my family and my personal goals.
I joined Navyfield as I was looking for an online version of PVP Battleship (the board game) -
Deeper down, it was an escape from the time I couldn’t spend with my Girlfriend (my now wife)
as she was involved in activities I was not allowed to be a part of.
Today we are married, and I want to have almost as much time with her as I am allowed with my work schedule.
Navyfield has given me some true family of friends, its taught me values and lessons that some may never comprehend.
SO to all I sailed with in the past –
13th, CUGS, APOC, Broken Arrows, Alter-Egos, TNF –
I enjoyed my time sailing and battling with each and every one of you and thanks for the lessons and all the credits you gifted me to get through the beginning of Navyfield.
For those I was not in fleet with -
thank you For giving some epic battles and learning experiences.
TO THE WHOLE SERVER – Old MO,YO,Nebraska -
I want to thank you for the opportunity and the privilege of calling myself a Moderator for one of the greatest games - Navyfield.
It hurts to say goodbye- but it excites me to be pushing forward in life.
Please keep in touch with me, and I will hop into navyfield from time to time to say Hi and relax.
Thank you again.
CHEERS and happy sailing.
For the last time
