you cant direct them, they follow/circle your ship, depending on the escorts speed.
i.e. if you use a heavy engine it will be faster then you and circle and x you alot
if you use a slower engine it may just be on your tail

alt + f4 to activate controls to the escort. After you do, press ctrl + alt + del to activate the escort ship's control systems. Hold F5 to fire. ctrl + a to select all its guns.

the = key is open fire/cease fire toggle

escout have just one control: " = " keyboard for cease fire / open fire.


the main atribute, AA defender, is under any limit, it shot just on the sides with all guns, and this just sometimes when AI server want, foward and back never. but the great job who made is, with new ships submarine, searching ss, all ff/dd/cl+sonarman have ss search capability.
