our IDC and firewall provider.
Therefore, servers will be down for the replacement.

Can I suggest hardware that can handle everyone on one server?

Yeah, if they upgrade the server hardware to have one big server, they could kill two birds with one stone...

I hope you also fix you webpage. It takes forever to get the screen to write. It's slow as well.

Until lag is fixed I'm done with premium service. You can't play a game when the screen freeze up the lag is so bad. I think it's not just server it has software issues to.

Theres known software issues as well that are supposedly being taken care of with the new client.

I work at the new location where the server was installed. They dropped this off and just told us to plug it into the network...Looks like the same machine new location.

However dont get your hopes up. After all the testing that has been done and reports sent in, although a hardware upgrade may speed the game up a little (AFTER THEY FIX THE LAGG) the issue of the current lagg situation is not hardware based so more likely than not, you will still be getting this lagg for at least another 2 weeks before they listen to people..
