  • Should i get Dhonburi or Asama

I have gotten multiple opinions one these two ships and they both seem equaly good so i would like your opinions pls help. I would also like help with there setup and gameplay

Both are terrible. Personally, I'd get the Asama as it has more support slots as a CA.

Dhonburi is just a toy for blitz since it gives you the exact same ammount of support slots all CLs have at that level.

Asama is weak overall but can install 14" N guns that give it BB1 range and get an extra support slot compared to other CAs.

However... since IJN DP gunners should be delay classed and the 2 BB guns have horrid spread at level... the ship is not too practical in reality.

But it's nice if you already have a BB crew and want to levelup extra supports.

Asama is a nice PCA, not the best but worth to buy. Fuso 14" N guns are pretty good, you will see. If you have already your DP Gunners classed above 62 lvl it's really good AA ship, you should try. Use 4,7 guns from 36 lvl.

I'm using the olive attendance but i'm highly considering getting a BO reset so i can get the super yamato or yamato or i could just train another BO. If anyone would like to help with getting a BO reset pls send to vadarrog

Asama isnt that bad, its quite useful for leveling.

Actually guys...a lot of people don't realise the Dhonburi has a huge capacity for armour for such a small ship - or for a CL in general. I used to play mine AW-style in Blitzkrieg and it was nigh-invincible.

Very true. They do get pretty frustrating when most of your shells bounce, which happens a lot to me at low level.
