  • Question about delaying crew

I've got a question regarding crew promotions. Back then(a couple of years ago) ppl were saying to promote your vrew members on time, at least for UK.
But then i've stopped playing for a while and when i came back, i saw on the forums that for UK gunners its best you don't promote them till lvl 65?
So the thing now is my main gunners are lvl 85 elite acc classed to rld gunners, and from the start i classed them on time. same goes for all my support crew of 3Xrep and 6Xeng, all normal sailors mainly +11 or +12
Are they all still playable?

Do not attempt to do anything with the support sailors.
If you don't know anything about this, better class support on times.

Delaying crew is simply a problem of mathematic and optimization in order to have the best effect for your sailors. Also, it requires investment of money and or time, else it will end up like a regular classing or not worth it.

Depends on how many vets and experts you have on them.

I had main gunners like yours and they capped both acc and rel around level 79.

You can actually calculate your gunners' abilities and their caps.
