It is neccessary to change, otherwise we end up waiting longer to play, which is bad.

It is idol that always get all cv with full dbs and all bb is blind in the whole game only for cv to play now

Having 6 CVs as opposed to 8 doesn't neccessarily mean that you will only get BWs now. What it does mean is that we will no longer have to wait for hosts that only are willing to start with 8 CVs. This is especially an issue on Kaiser, where hosts will wait for 120%, even when we have a very small playerbase. I'm all for this new patch personally.
