Agreed. 10 experience points per sailor for every full minute waiting in a Shared Exp room should be good :-)

I doubt that, since with 10 experience points per full minute, waiting a total of 2 hours per day (120 full minutes which would require at least 13 GB1s worth of waiting 9 full minutes per battle room plus another 3 full minutes in another one) every day for a year only yields 436,800 experience points per sailor.

If you still think that is too much experience for waiting, it could be lowered to 5 points per minute, or maybe even 3?

They need to make a boot host function so if the host is afk for more then 10-30seconds he gets kicked from the room.
