Hello everyone. Today I saw on the site that players can get new Aircraft Carriers.

I didn't wanted to get them but when I saw that awesome nazi Aircraft Carrier with a swastika on it i sayd

" I MUST DAMN HAVE IT NOW!"

So I read that if I reach the italian harbour I can get the CV.

 

My question is, how to reach it? I must level a Bridge Operator and at level 12 I select the italian harbour and that it is? If its so simple, how I get the CV then, contacting an admin?
