No there is only 1 ship I have used in their nation that I could possibly consider OP. Then again this ship is already around and has been nerfed due to that fact.

The BB and CV are T6. As in, BB6 and CV6, so yeah, lvl 120.
If they intend for the BB6 to be the BB5 in the future, that would be allot better then two AD sized BB4's.
