Been trying to work out the same thing myself. I suppose you could consider a 107kph SS1 a nation advantage...

No idea about AA. I don't recall testing any CL or CA for AA.

Only classes to ace fighters though (29 growth...same as MN but less than us and km)

It's OP. Nothing is concrete because it's nowhere near ready for release but they are releaseing it anyways because it will "get more players to play NF"

Right now there are no negatives.

Armor penetration.

Extemely high damage.  (the freaking  PBB does 48k salvos...)

 SPREAD was originally very bad.  But was deemed as an improper way to fix the boats.

If SDE doesnt want to help change the damage on these boats.  Then give them bad accuracy.... 

Only disadvatage so far is the BB1 only has 10-12k salvos.

So I guess the question is: why play navyfield if your not playing an Italian ship, if you want to play a BB?
