I am no expert, but many things affect your abilities in a dogfight. Of the ones I know;
lvl of Pilot
skill in micro'ing
Seaman, and what lvl
I believe KM have real good offensive T4s but IJN has better speed, so.....drag young fella, drag.

IJN has mediocre fps BUT ebve fighters are so good if you wanna kill easy get some or get skill and use +12 its your option =) add seaman for more sucessful good luck !
