Download.com? Unless thats now the main host now, I haven't had an instance where i've dl'd the client in less than an hour from the FTP site.

Otherwise try a DL manager like flashget.

FTP: 7 minutes 43 seconds.

Download.com sucks nowadays. Back afew years ago when they had the great servers and hugh bandwidth they were awesome. Now they have the same bandwidth as then... But everyone's internet connections have doubled or tripled in parts of the US and world.
