My  IJN engineers seem to work just fine on Italian CL.

"Work just fine" as in about as well as they do on an IJN ship?

Or "Work just fine" as in about as well as they do on a KM ship?

When using supports from an allied nation the experts work but the vets will not.

good because some retard was selling some nice lvl 50 DP gunners for 700k. I've been getting lots of experts from AAing and on average i make 16k exp. My very good friend had also gave me some high lvl FPs and i make around 35k exp in my CV just by putting up some FPs and DBing a few things. hehe nf is much better. The 200% exp boost is nice i went from lvl 1 to 30 in one weekend. But ither nations besides italy seem a bit slow. I lvled one lvl every match in italy but in ijn it takes two or more to lvl. Not really sure.
