When rolling for a AA Gunner which is better a higher ability at reload or AAW?

When rolling for a torp man which is better  a higher ability at reload or Torp?

For AA gunners, reload is the more important stat. The AAW skill boosts your ships automatic AA machinegun fire, but as its not currently activated, its useless.

 

For torpedo sailors, roll for torpedo. Torpedo skill effects torp reload speed, Reload skill only applies to Guns.

Should be nice if AAW will be fully activated, more chalenge for CV users

Reload has no effect on torpedo reloading, you'll need Torpedo.

Some recommend Repair and Restore over Torpedo for maximizing crew effect, but unless you know what you're doing, don't.
