One, Totally Wrong Sections. This should be in Tech Support.

 

Two, you either A: Do not have enough free slots to trade; B: Do not have enough Credits and points after the Trade to be Legal for you level (Must have 150k+ credits and points under lvl 30 and 50k+ credits and points (Each) before AND AFTER the trade for it to work; C: Sailor must be white, not yellow.
