A restorer is a waste of space, level something usefull in its place.

I've read that rm aa is not good enough so I'm thinking to not use aa sailors. I've also read that 6 eng are unuseful. I'm confused :|

OK I'll bite since you don't seem to know 1 bit about restore and repair.

Restorers are good at 1 thing and 1 thing only and that is to provide soft defense, they also provide a little bit of repair rate.
However Soft defense is capped at 900, more doesn't help at all.
A restorer will help you reach that sooner, but at some point the other supports on their own will reach 900 SD without the help of the restorer. At that point a restorer becomes a really bad repairer and nothing more. Most standard bve crews reach 900 SD somewhere between lvl 80-90.

Stopping the burning of a 900 SD ship has nothing to do with restore, but is all down to repair rate. The higher your repair rate, the faster you stop burning and repair your DP.

At the end I did calculation and I decided this crew:
