If you need guns then you're planes are not protecting you. Why is higher level better? Seriously you are saying US CV got the raw end of any deal! I think you need to rethink that.

10 level rule, I take it from that you mean that exp drops off the wall from 100% to 99% (or an amount you wont even notice). Infact you probably wont see much difference till you get 30 levels above due to the exp systems randomness.

No that is not what I am saying, the US CV's are great but the US "ECV" did get the raw end of the deal. (Lowest lvl and smallest gun mount.) UK is 8 lvl higher and ijn is 7 lvl higher.

You will beable to use the other nations longer or at higher level than you will the US "ECV".

The US ECV can only hold single 3" gun with very short range and it can not defend itself from subs because the gun space is only 24 (HH needs 25 to mount and some more for the hogs).

Yes TB can hit subs but most user either use all FP or DB.

And for gun mounts the French takes the cake with 14 gun mounts and all can hold HH.

Actually seeing as you will want to use the next tier anyway the US is better as you get a better cv earlier than the other nations. I would infact say this is an advantage for US. That is unless you want to have to stay in the cv1 or 2 for longer? I wouldn't.

So advantage US again.

And again, if you need guns in a cv you have more than likely lost (Unless you are ABing in CV mode).

Subs always target BBs first because they're on the line thus easier to reach.

If a sub reaches you, it's either your fault running too far ahead, or your team is losing like a train wreck anyway.

Dont expect what you see now to be released. Most of the stats are copy/paste from the old CV data from before the first ONF cv patch ages ago. Theres some discussion on the test forums about things but expect a CV3.5. These are supposed to be collector ships, not new PCVs.

Also MN and KM will not be getting 2 like what was originally shown, it will be the GZ repaint for KM and the bearn repaint for MN.
