  • Account Wiped??

So...  it's been a couple years sense I have logged on to my NF account.  Today I decided I would get back on to my account and see if I could rekindle the flame.  Well..  to my suprise, it seems as if my account has been wiped clean.  About 6 months worth of leveling my sailors..  GONE.   Not to mention the purchased ships, elite sailors and sailor items that I spent my hard earned money for... 

Am I missing something here?  Has something changed in the past couple years that would cause my account to be wiped out?

One thing I have noticed that seems strange is..  when I look at my "Purchase History", the ships, elite sailors and sailor items that I have purchased are showing to be on a Yamato server.  I have never played on the Yamato server..  always Nebraska. 

..any ideas???

Send a support ticket.

And Nebraska didn't even exist until 13 months ago.

It was Iowa..  sorry.    Isn't Yamato a European server?

...and yes..  I have already generated a support ticket.

MO>Yamato= Merged with AZ>Iowa to make Nebraska.

welcome back.

 

all inactive accounts (six months or more) were moved to the 'storage' server in the last server merge.

 

so by sending a support ticket its the right way to get the account restored to active status. depending on the content of the first ticket you maybe asked to provide details of the account. the process normally takes a working day or two.

That's great news!!  Thank you for your reply.  I will be looking forward to answering any security question needed to get my account back to normal.

I thought the very same thing, i logged in thinking ahh ive got an akagi with some elite crew and a QE with elite crew.  log in and i have no IJN ship no RN ships apart from my dunq but no crew to take it out with, i have a lv 80 ijn bo a couple for dbs tbs and a fighter in the 50's and to top it all off i have bugger all creds, altho the hacker did kindly leave me with a crew to man a york.  Spent about $300 while playing this game back in the day, But looks like Support ticket will only get me back "your few RN ships no ijn ships" they havent said anything about my crew either :'(

 

Dont know if i should bother carrying on or just go play * again.
