i still have all of my old ships ect "never passed lvl 95" but i want to play again. would be nice to be in a crew with people who are familiar with us ships to help me "re start" again T_T

by "crew" I assume you mean fleet?

Pretty much any fleet there is bound to be someone who plays US.

If you're looking for a only USN fleet, I don't think you'll find one. But, as KingCong said, there are many USN players rolling around, so no matter the fleet you join, there will probably be someone with knowledge about  the USN that can help you out.
