this is how i set my Iowa crew,

1BO, 2main gnner, 4 Engineer,4repair, 1 scout,

and when i hit montana I'm going to add another engineer at the support slot.

I personally don't like the AA's of US, so i dont use AA guns at my US BB's 

dont use the restorers , you can have 900 SD easily in BB without restorer.

most of the guys said that class your main gunners as acc/acc/rld or ,acc/rld/acc
i class my gunners acc/acc/acc, messed up but Im not going to level a pair of gunners to 100 again ^^ .. so don't mess up your gunners.

But also have a 2nd set of gunners for HegHogs on my BB6.

AA gunners for US i'll say is useless because US AA isn't good.
