what should be the stat?


12torpedo stat... or 10+torp with 11/11 or 12/11 restore/repair stat? 
and delaying of classing the sailor so I can use that repair and restore on my SS from my torpedo dude,

 they say that torpedo ability cap easily even with crappy stat but the support ability on the otherhand dont, especially on SS with limited crew slots


I just need some clarification, before i start the grind

My +9 km torps hit the cap in the lvl 70 (unboosted , poor in vets and poor in experts)
So yea, it's easy to hit the cap even with crappy sailor.

Make them soft torp and it is very worth it.
