Was wondering how fast a SW Nelly can do if using 3 x 15" Mark 3 N guns.
Coz atm with 3 trip 16L's and SW I can do about 25/40.
I've noticed the Nelly is easier to speed cap than alot of other RN BB's.

I'd like to know if the difference is significant, whether it's worth giving up the extra dmg.
