You cant trade ECVs. Besides, RM has just been released and you want an ECV for it already?

so it dosnt make sense to pick one for me now.  Can I wait until they are released or do I loose the chance to pick one?

btw I dont want anything, only asking a perfectly valid question, I have the opportunity to choose one now, just want to be safe...

They aren't going to change anything, and the claim thing usually has a deadline before it expires and become useless.

Also, even SN doesn't have it, so I don't see how a nation that's released midway during the event should have one.
