89, and IJN is allowed to go from cv -> BB or vice versa at going into level 103 ships.

No its only Yamato to Shinano

 

Anyway Yamato used to be level 90 (or was it 91?) while all other bb4s were 89 but that was changed in BB34/AA patch.

I believe it was 91, I remember it being the same level as the L guns. (However I might remember wrong.)

It was 90 because I remember it made me mad when they dropped it to 89 a few months after I had first gotten it.

There is another new bug apparently. SN line. SN EBB Poltava but with the ECV Komsomolets 1927 attritube.

nothing wrong with SN Shiptree your browser just lagging in loading the selected ship thus showing komsomolets detail on poltava, happen everytime to me when i view nf shiptree in website when downloading/streaming video
