Well, you are free to ask whatever you want in the trade tab/ trade room.

 I'm not sure this is the appropriate place to post this question, but between 20-30 million credits is a typical price for elite and boosted at that level. 

Asking for points is also an option, since points will be needed for BB6/CV6.  

I assumed you accidently classed the sailor a level or two late, 60 vets, not fully experted; may go for at most 20mil. 

That's reality, however in NF, you can ask for 30-40mil just because everyone likes to charge everyone for retarded amounts.  

Try 40M on trade board. If you don't sell it in 5 days try 35M ... and so on.

But if you are hurry u can put it for 25M and you will sell it fast.

I don't buy or sell sailors, but that thing is worth 7 million tops.

If it's late-classed like Obsessed says (figuring he's done the calculations), it's even less.
