Iowa guns (lvl 91) with at level gunners will do have ugly spread try to level it up maybe at lvl 95 or better it will have a good spread... vets and experts will help your spread also

and Sodak spread is not that great but its speed is nice

Phantom is correct i am currently using the Iowa as well & i had similar problem. I was dissapointed in the spread  and the high angle (45 degrees) was a little hard to get used to since i semi skipped using the N.C. & lvled with Seva..Just keep lvlin and ur spread should get much better. I hope u have a lot of vets & experts on ur gunners as well. My gunners are lvl.96, 170 vets, 600 experts, not the best but there good enough.  Just keep havin fun & give em hell. =)
