Just limit it to no BBs can use smoke, any other ship type can. :\

Urm, NO.
Limiting them in GB's is fine, but if your going to limit then in HA's, then you'd better increase the room size to compensate dropping 5 BB6's for CL/DDs.
As for all you whiners about smoke in HA's, BS, PMW, AA, BAP, Argentina Fleet, KT, UN, AH and a few others can HA perfectly fine.

Somebody is forcing me to choose between DD/CL's in a limited HA Tile and BB6s.

actually it will be fun , bb without smokes . In ha , it will be awesome , coz we all will fight only with our skills when the oponents can see us , not like the situation of scarry little girls , fighting under smoke , and then saying how good are they ... Nice point of view yiweno , i liked it :)
