Are you on Kaiser? There is a drop event including vet and exp packs. With that usually comes increased crew death.

I know that a while ago medics became largely useless. I do not know if that is still true. 

I play cv and have seen more crew death got hit by a bb6 the other day and lost 6 vets 14 experts and 36 rooks and he just nicked me wow most ive lost in a single game I do have a elite medic dont normaly use him rather have a seaman in his placeif I keep loosing vets I probly go back to the medic
I do run a medic when I BW seem to loose lots of experts when bombers get hit by fighters or AA and whith the medics I dont loose many experts just rooks
But yes medics do work well and yes I have seen higher crew death lately and Im on nebby

also if you loose lots of vets or experts in a game if you DC before game ends you wont loose them
not a fan of DCing but thought I would throw that in

Every  event  that includes drops, I slip the gunners off the CV and replace them with 2 high level Medics. I still loose rooks, but rarely a expert and never a officer.
