by 2 pipes i think you mean 2 barrels.

click the gun, a $ and a picture of a gun comes up next to it click the picture of the gun,  then you get a list of guns that your gunners can use.

if you want to change guns come out of that screen, sell all your ammo, click the gun again press the $ this time (both ot these is so you can get creidt back) then click the empty space and click on the gun picture again and then select the gun of your choice.

if you are still in a small ship with low level gunners you may find onlty single guns on the list.

also if english isnt your first language you can post in both and it may help us work out what you are asking better.
