well they have a system in place to delete accounts that have not been used in more than "x" amount of time. i am not 100% on "x" , but you can send in a support ticket.. though im not 100% positive you can do anything at this point.  Still id send one in just to be safe than sorry.  But for future refrence.. there is a link on your personal account display <--------------------- the thing on the left side of your screen that says "manage sleeping account" which will tell tnf not to delete your account if you leave for more than 6 months i believe.

Make sure you are on the right server and check every port 

just like rehor said, send ticket to support and all is well...

your account is just put to storage since you inactivity for almost 1 year but your ships is still their and your account ...

and what the heck is rarely_shady saying anyway?
