I've recently come back to play after a ~6 month break.

1. On Kaiser, playing "Great Battles" I'm getting vet / exp / premium sailor drops quite often even though it says no event is running.....Am I missing something?

2. I figured this would also occur on Nebraska (where I can actually play, those drops would be useful on a new crew). However after 18 games of mixed "Blitz" and "Great Battle." Nothing is dropping.

3. I go back to kaiser and wait 15 minutes for a "Great Battle" woohoo another drop.

Please enlighten me!!

i think it was annouced, there is a drop event, only on kaiser for one month.

I play only in Kaiser sverver and had several drop, as announced for this event.

It´s that way that SDE rewards for the huge time that Players invests in waiting time  in Kiaser sever, or I guess so.

Sadly, the result is the same, too long waiting time to start a simplre battle.

That would explain it...very nice of them..I have some very wonderful and well payed crews on Kaiser...but it's just not fun at all having No Blitzkreig and only 1-2 GB going...

I've already abandoned Kaiser for Nebraska where I've purchased a new crew and enough exp / vets to last me till they are at least lvl 65.

Interesting :
Nebraska = Fun factor = making me pay $$
Kaiser = Abysmal population long wait times = SDE gives free Store Items !!= I still leave for Nebraska

Myself and many others have spent quite alot on some great crews, only to have them sit in the shipyard until either NF completely disbands or Kaiser population is fixed.

The drop rate and quality of items surpases any other recent events but it seems that its too late for this to have much of an impact other then to bring out the leechers. The writing is on the wall, kaiser is dead.

More importantly, Nebby players are no longer willing to entertain a merge with players that have been given a month of gifts far exceeding any other event.

Unless the devs make a major breakthrough in their database architecture there won't be a complete server merger anyway.

The drop rate surpasses the norm although the quality can at times be debated, it was nice the first week then it seemed it dropped off the map rate wise, don't bother me though although more experts would have been nice but AA can fix that gap.

Ill still play on kaiser even if i have to be the last one left, i have no reason to leave the server despite the decline of players. 

It is boring most of the time but it's no reason to pack my bags and go with all the stuff i have on kaiser and im not going to jump ship to start again.  So ill wait until the game dies or they somehow have a "coding breakthrough" and are able to increase the number of players per server hard coded maximum.

There seemed to be a point a few days ago where it felt like it but the last 2 days have been 75-80% for me.  That brought my average back up to 65% for the entire event.  I'm keeping track as I usually do and I'm running out of room on my notepad already...

This event has made it that much more difficult for new players to compete, and for a server merge to be acceptable.  Whoever thought of this event and drop rate should move back to the countryside because there's a village missing an idiot right now.

That right there is huge though at this time I do not think most players on Nebby realize the extent of these item drops and what has been given to kaiser players.

first of all...read the forum...especially the updates section....it pretty much explains whats going on...usually.

second...wahhhhh....so tired of people whining about waiting on kaiser...i wait ..i play...i have a wonderful time...and am continually leveling crews...if you are sooo restless that ya can't wait 5-8 minutes to wail on some other poor ship(or get sunk within 30-120 seconds), then you are probably playing the wrong game....go do an xbox shootemup where you can engage in mass destruction with no waiting whatsoever.

i love playing navy field and all my friends are on kaiser and seeing lots of new people and seeing lots of people COMING BACK, even if its just for the event.
