I know how fast Russian BB3 was nerfed and I suspect the only reason the Itailian Ships didn't recieve a nerf yet is because certain people have that nation unlike they probably did not have the Russian nation. Really no reason this has not been fixed yet other then that.

Don't expect it to be nerfed until SDE thinks people are done spending money for sailor items on RM crews.
lol @ people claiming RM BB4 is balanced. Especially when KingCong was being a dedicated RM BB4 player last I logged in.
