I know the game info says you have to use true black and it gives some info, but im using Photoscape (Dont want to pay for Photoshop) and Im not sure what the "True black" is in this program. Anyone knows the answer?

And also whats the Minimum number of players before you can make it fleet? I cant seem to find it anywhere..
