The ingame economics has seen a drastic change. The Trade and Barter section used to be full of *Current* trades. Now you are lucky to find one that has had any action in the current month. The system takes entirely too long. Is it because of dropping NF population?? NF is an awesome game and I will play it forever...but NF needs to make some serious upgrades and enhancement.

-Re-introduce premium trade

-Remove in game selling fee

-Allow longer period of in game sell time

Any more ideas people?

Threads in the Trade and Barter section have decreased their intensity since there is an Ingame trade system which easily matches a seller and a buyer... as a result, most people prefer to use that.

It is way too rigid. You can not trade or negotiate a price. That is half the fun of trading stuff.   Plus it for credits only.

No olive trade until the exploiters are banned and the exploits fixed.

Also, make it so that only players above a certain level can use it, to stop all these alt accounts

Here`s an idea...

Add a trade box that gives you the chance to write a little bit more about what you`re selling (for those who prefer to use area 13 for sales). For instance, you might want to sell multiple things at once, or perhaps you`d like to give the NF sailor equivalent to a 'carfacts' report. A player can view the additional data if they so choose.

No trade tax either (other than the few points).

What exploits do you speak of?

Give an example please

A certain ring of accounts having hundreds of millions of credits despite no trading and less than 10 games on the account, then having duplicate sailors being sold on the olive trade and normal trade, then having masses of olives appear on those accounts that aren't accounted for in Olive trade/attendance system/payment system.

Then there was the macro'ing and abuse of the attendance system on countless alts.
