What is the best way to level supports on low-level ships, primarily DDs, so that I can use them on BBs further on down the ship tree? I do have an Atlanta (and a Nevada with a seriously messed up crew, because I made noob mistakes), but it's beginning to bore the crap out of me. I decided to go SN line with no supports, only my four gunners and two B.O.s and am currently at the Storozevoj, and I don't want to have to level up a bunch of support crew members in my Atlanta when I reach the Maxim Gorki or a higher level ship, because that will make me cry. So, I ask you, members of the NF community, what is the most efficient way to level my supports so that I'm not missing anything when I reach the higher levels of this ship tree (I'm going BB, if you haven't already discerned that).

Also, some miscellaneous questions:

1. How is the spread with the second set of dual 10" guns on the Maxim Gorki with at-level gunners? It looks like a beast with those guns, and I would like to own in Bltz like I could not in my Nevada (I put Finding FCS on in the first two levels of my Nevada, but even after I corrected that, my spread still sucks, and now my gunners are level 64).

2. Also, how is the range on the aforementioned set of guns? I hear they outrange BB1s. Is this true? If so, how does the range compare to that of the Nevada? I saw Angus's SN guide and I saw that they supposedly outrange the AP, but the way that he put the diagram together, there could be a significant margin of error in the range comparisons (not insulting your diagram-making abilities, Angus, but I believe that anyone could cause a significant margin of error in making such a diagram).
