How to get some money?

you could try asking from the old players

or

sell ships that you won't need anymore like your previous ships (dd, ff, cl)

or

try learning aa and join a gb

or you can roll some sailors with +12 stats, level them to lvl 12 and sell them.  This may be the fastest way (or it may be slow, depending on your luck)
