why cant i take off the life rafts on my ships to get more displacement???
I think its such a waste in this game!!!

You can, but all your sailors will die if anyone ever sinks you. It's too expensive to start a new crew every battle.

Might as well dismount all the mini AAW guns too, they are a waste on KM ships, might as well have more displacement to deck whore it.
