I am really loving this new gift box system. You know exactly how many item drops you'd get while the item still being random. Hell, having only time to log in and win a game gets you two boxes and that's great in my eyes.

The main difference from a regular random drop event is that you just have to visit the website to redeem items. What a waste of time, really.

Ah, but do you have to visit the website the day of to redeem your gifts, or can you load them up for the week then open them all on the weekend? That wouldn't be so bad, but I doubt that's how it's gonna work.

Items available -

vets +1 - most of my sailors have 100+vets
vets +10 - see above
smoke - still have from last summers event
naval mines - still have 1000s from last year
phh - still have 1000s from last year
experts+10 - ok useful but not really looking to super vet anything, oh and have 1400 from current event
experst+100 - would be easier than using +10s
prem sailors - have 9 in storage from current event
hq exp - got plenty of space from these given out during everyday event
ship reset - have 2 in storage
Elites - great but I'm not looking to start a new crew soon
credits and points - why have these? or make them a million and quite rare
Olives - OK nice addition from the norm
EBB/ECV - No chance getting one of these it would be nice to get one.


So my point is  there isn't a great motivation to play this event in comparison to what we have been having (on Kaiser).

When is our next non event?
