when i remodel a ship, i lose all the armor, engine and radar? or in the new remodel i still have this stuff please help!

yes, all your armor, guns, engine and fcs will be remove and all sailors will be automatically unmount...
so before you remodel make sure you sell your armor, guns fcs
btw please remove the (!) in your OP Title...
