After the applications are gathered they are reviewed by the server command team, and monitor commander (if there is one) then all applications that do not meet the min requirments such as age, or time in game or are joke applications are put to the side. The applications that are up to par are compiled into a list for all the moderators to review. After this point there are a number of votes on applicants by the moderators to bring the list of canidates down in size. This is not a specific amount of time as it takes long with more applications. Once they have their final list (there is no specific number) Then the final vote is conducted from that list. Once the final vote is done the list is submitted to the head mod and gms for a final review and if all is well then they will be asked if they wish to join the monitor program.
As a monitor you spend at least 3 months learning and training. Many find this the most difficult time in tnf as you have to start building a relationship with the community in game you will be held to a higher standard by the community, and vetern players will expect you to be knowledgeable. You will be criticized by players, use it to try and improve your self. You won't be able to please everyone so don't try to, just give a full effort to be your best at everything you do.
