I just played a game where I was last on my team and an opposing BB constantly updated his team on my submerged position throughout. How is this? He either has something the rest of us dont have or he is beibg supplied with info from someone on the opposite side. He didnt have the brains to use team chat

He has a friend on TeamSpeak or simular, who is on your team and they chat away :)

This is where the annoying procedure starts. Subs beeing last running away from enemy. If they attack, OK, but many are just wasting time of all players by just running away.

Also notice how the reload gauge in the video dont even move. Most likely he is using a reload hack too.
