We hope everyone has been able to enjoy this first weekend of our Summer Event. We are going through your feedback and are working on resolving any quirks and issues. Please continue to let us know how things are working out.
Frequently asked questions will be noted below and will be updated as new questions or concerns are provided.
Regarding website prize claim errors:
I am happy to report that website prize claim errors should now be fully resolved. Our website was receiving too many attempts over the weekend which resulted in many errors and a general slowdown of the site.
Please send us a support ticket if you failed to receive your prize. We will verify through our system in order to assist you.
Regarding 100 Olive Gift Boxes:
There has been some confusion regarding the additional Gift Boxes that you can receive for spending 100 Olives. These are the most important points:
- A minimum of 100 Olives must be spent in a single transaction in order to qualify for an additional Gift Box.
- Olive amounts are not combined through separate transactions. For example, the system will not count 100 Olives spent if you purchase 40 Olives in one transaction and 60 in another. You must purchase 100 Olives in one transaction.
- Multiple purchases in 100 Olive denominations will enable a respective number of Gift Boxes to be redeemed. So, if you purchase 300 Olives in a single transaction you will receive 3x Gift Boxes and so on.
We will be making necessary exceptions for the transactions made during the first weekend. Please send us a support ticket if your purchases were made during this weekend so we may assist.
Support ticket response times:
We apologize for any delay in response to your recently submitted support tickets. We have received a high influx of event related tickets which will require individual manual attention.

the item you opened. This would help you don't lose anything.
