  • NF Spice Event Questions (Revised)

Hey guys,


We hope everyone has been able to enjoy this first weekend of our Summer Event. We are going through your feedback and are working on resolving any quirks and issues. Please continue to let us know how things are working out.


Frequently asked questions will be noted below and will be updated as new questions or concerns are provided.


Regarding website prize claim errors:

I am happy to report that website prize claim errors should now be fully resolved. Our website was receiving too many attempts over the weekend which resulted in many errors and a general slowdown of the site.


Please send us a support ticket if you failed to receive your prize. We will verify through our system in order to assist you.


Regarding 100 Olive Gift Boxes:

There has been some confusion regarding the additional Gift Boxes that you can receive for spending 100 Olives. These are the most important points:


- A minimum of 100 Olives must be spent in a single transaction in order to qualify for an additional Gift Box.


- Olive amounts are not combined through separate transactions. For example, the system will not count 100 Olives spent if you purchase 40 Olives in one transaction and 60 in another. You must purchase 100 Olives in one transaction.


- Multiple purchases in 100 Olive denominations will enable a respective number of Gift Boxes to be redeemed. So, if you purchase 300 Olives in a single transaction you will receive 3x Gift Boxes and so on.


We will be making necessary exceptions for the transactions made during the first weekend. Please send us a support ticket if your purchases were made during this weekend so we may assist.

We apologize for any delay in response to your recently submitted support tickets. We have received a high influx of event related tickets which will require individual manual attention.

If you have problem when you receiving items, you will need to take the screen shot for
the item you opened. This would help you don't lose anything.
Please attach the screen shot when you send us support ticket.
We can also check from the log what you got, but not received due to error.

I thought it was the Spice event?

Summer doesnt begin for another 2 and a half weeks.

Which ever event it turns out to be, I am enjoying it.

What about this randy. I have serious internet problems, today i went to the website and touch clicked the OPEN button, the 50k Points showed up, so i put Kaiser server and REDEEM, but there the page was loading and loading and nothing happen, i checked my modem, internet just got disconected, i read the part of "Dont refresh this page when you are receving this item or you will lose the item", but had to do it because internet went down. When internet came back, i checked and i didnt received the item, i dont care because it was a crap of an item, but what about if i got a EBB or ECV or something that i really want, what should i do? take a screenshoot? Or you know what i receive and i can get it back? Thanks in advice.

Love that the event is showcasing the MANY battle modes available.

I think that should be a regular thing after this event, not so high a boost, but definetly an incentive to "spice up" the game play.

Having Blitz boosted for the entire event or maybe fri, sat, sun, might be a good way for people to start new crews, or just to encourage the new players, just a thought.

I see a lot of people saying you can win a ecv, or ebb. To me it reads for exchange, to swap one for one you already have

Thanks for the event. I'm really grateful for it, but just one little thing.. Could you please turn off GB2 for the room boosts? 3 rooms in a row the flagship crashed. Until the crashing is worked out I humbly suggest GB2 be deactivated for the remainder of the event.

you get an exchange coupon which you can exchange for ebb or evc. So there will be no trading with ships

I won the ECV yesterday.  When you win it, there is a box to the side where you select which ECV/EBB you want, then another box below it to select which server.

its a great event but the onlyting i dont like in this event is the nightbattle days
it mess up the gidelines and you can not see you shels land
i will not play on nightbattle days
