  • Back after 4 years off, what to do?

As I said, I decided to try NF again after 4 years off. I had to have my account restored and this is what I have:

Baltimore
Pensacola (just got this)

BO - lvl 55 and a 30 also
RLD gunners - 2 @ 56 and 2 @ 45
AA gunners - 2 @ 35
pilot - 42
Repair - 40, 44 & 45
Eng. - 43, 43 & 44
Restore - 44

It looks like there are a lot of changes to the game play and I'm not sure which direction to go. Should I stick to CA/CL games? Blitz? Should I focus on AA in certain battles?

What about the sailors I have? Do I have the necessary sailors for a BB down the road? Do I need additional sailors for escort ships?

I've looked at guides and past posts on which guns to use, but some of the guns recommended don't look like they are in the game any more.  Which main guns and AA guns should I be using?

I'm sure I will have many more questions, but this sould get me started for now.

Okay, the support crew's looking good except for the restore. Get rid of him and get another engineer.

Another thing you must remember, don't use class the gunners you plan to use as AA gunners as AA gunners. Class them as RLD. Gunners.

Ok, don't bother with AA gunners? Use the second pair RLD gunners (lvl 45) for the t slot guns?
