200 Olive Bug Bounty

Hey guys,

We know that many players still feel that there are a number of game related bugs that require attention before anything else. In this respect, our team is in agreement and would like to offer a bit of incentive for your help in fixing any bugs that may still exist.

Bug squashing can be a difficult task as we can only fully resolve an issue if sufficient data is received in order to fully reproduce the error in question. We believe that we have made strides in the past regarding the bug reports that were recieved, and we now wish to offer a 200 Olive incentive for new detailed bug reports.

The rules are simple:

1) If you have a new game-related bug to report, simply create a clear and detailed method to help us reproduce the bug along with any screenshots if necessary. Also, please be sure to indicate how the bug should be fixed (i.e. If game hangs when X happens, game should not hang when X happens).

2) Send the report to the "Bug Report" support ticket section. You may title it "Bug Bounty: (specific bug here)" for easier viewing.

3) If your report helps our team to resolve a new bug, you will be awarded 200 Olives once the bug has been fixed.

We have team members who will be dedicated to going through these reports and working on solutions to any new bugs that are reports. Please keep in mind that these bugs must be game specific, and not something that may be caused by outside conflict (i.e. ALT+TAB or Window keying out of the game leading to issues)

We hope to show that we take your bug reports very seriously and that this incentive may provide some thoroughly detailed reports. We will look forward to them.

Rhonz2014	Navy Field.exe has stop working 1:a problem caused the program to stop correctly. 2:windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. this is horrible for me because it is always asking.....

It needs to stay open for the ones who turned in a"Bug Report" like me and still have not been paid, I turned in video's to show it and they say nothing and pay nothing. See my post 3 above yours.

To me it seems like another big sham on the player base.

It seems you missed in-game login someday and resulted in missing daily completion points.
We will report this to the developer.

nope, yesterday I had 750 EPs... today I start with 750 and go up and I get only 30 EPs... and if you miss login in some day its miss 25 EPS not 20 EPs... max reach capacity of EPs is 800... and I today miss only daily complete (I dont get it)... its 20 EPs

and if you look on forum general discusion Im not alone who have problems today

ok last edit... I make 6 wins and I get 55 eps... for today... and daily complete I get for 6ts win

Hello,

Sorry for the issue. For the event please adhere to the following rules in order to double check that the system is working as intended:

1) Players must be in battle for a minimum of 5 minutes and must have made some attack points (in order to guard against leeching).

2) Players must completely log out of game and refresh or have a new login session on the event page in order to see the updated event stats.

WHAT IS THIS LOGIC??? I REPORT BUG WHAT ABOUT THEY WIRTE ON EVENING... THEY WRITE ITS OK... NO BUGS, thus can not give some bans... its the stupid logic... I want help and I get only
I just get a stupid answer to that is that everything is okay even though we all know that it is not

AND ABOUT THIS BUG NOBODY KNOW I WRITE TO 2 MODS AND TICKET AND NOBODY KNOW IT...

and if you dont give me a reward (200 olives) it is clear that this is just the kick crap and You can not really fix anything ... dealing with EPs (small problems compare with desync), but that you.... the biggest problem on server and you dont have worried about it (desync)

Griffin1984	Have send a ticket for daily olive bug, yesterday i had 30+ olives but now it says i missed them all and only got 10, do i get 200 olives for reporting this bug?
