even though this is a great update regarding ebb and all (good work test team)

i still feel cheated out of my missourri since im now lvl 97 and cant use it for another 2 lvls i do have the washington its a good ship to use but i wanted to use the missourri

the new ijn ebb look awesome btw (have the musashi so im going to make sure i can use it at lvl 96)

still lot of work put into it
