This ship is so overpowered it puts subs to shame. BB4 that is the size of an atlanta, that can 2 shot bb6s, and has low angle degree guns. People though russia was OP, but they look balanced compared to ALL Italian BBs.

I've tallied the votes.
Out of 52 people saying either OP or not, 12 people claim it is not OP. That means 40 people claim it is OP content.
Not OP %: ~23% (12/52)
It is OP %: ~77% (40/52)

have u tried this before? to grind a normal sailor till 103 level on RM, The max I did was till 50 about, +13 or 14, BVE the gunline was ok, just a bit shorter than usual and it was a jp BO. The thing on RM is, if you own a italian BB, then u would know the spreads is horrible, and slow lol (it is very hard to cap), since BB4 is still using the BB2 radar, and i m sure for those whinning people dont own a rm bb, think its overpower, grind one and try, and let me know. my BO is just a regular +15 VT sailor, and still spreads all over the place, and some of them gone dust at max angle, dont tell me my gunners suck, my gunners are 90 level BVE 12/11 so grind a italian bb crew, and tell me how do u like it, if u enjoy the BB1 and the BB2 regina elena, please let me know :)

to be honest, your gunners just reach the 90 lvl cap, and you should know the higher lvl, the more accurate. try vanguard's 15inch with 91 lvl gunners, and try it again with 120 gunner, you will see the difference

Seriously, someone should make like a huge banner on this site to say this: THE SPREAD AND THE DAMAGE OF
THE RM BB4 WERE NERFED AS A
TEMPORARY BALANCE SOLUTION.
STILL IT CAN DO TOO MUCH
DAMAGE, EVEN IF 60% OF THE
SHELLS MISS. THE SPREAD, THE
RELOAD AND MAYBE THE DAMAGE
NERF WILL BE TAKEN AWAY WHEN
THE OTHER THINGS ARE FIXED
(Haxor Hitbox, Armor raping abillity, Long range, etc)
Also, just because the BB1 and BB2 suck, doesn't means that to "Make up" for it then you are entitled to use an extremely OP ship. If that is the case then I want my H39 buffed, since I Had a really hard time leveling my crew and the spread on the 11" tripple turrets during BB1 and BB" stages was extremely awful. For those who don't understand sarcasm, BB1 and BB2 are weak, on all nations. This doesn't means that because they are weak then the higher level ships should be buffed or awfully OP. One of the main things here is that one could just counter OP conter by buffing all other nations, but that would just make living hell for the lower level ships and make the gap between levels even wider. This in turn will deter new players from staying at the game since they will be eaten even faster by higher level ships.

idk what alot of other people are talking about but as someone that is actually playing RM there are some issues as well as OP ness. The BB gun spread is terrible, plain and simple. In bb1/2 my shells jump 5-6 pixels from each other. When you only have 2 turrets its a pain to try and land a salvo with a 10 sec reload time.
I'll have my BB4 on live server (leveling supports to be even for BB4/5) this weekend so we shall see what the spread looks like. Speed is good on @ level BB's though im impressed.
I have 77 EBVE accuracy gunners with full vets 100 experts. Disappointing when I rush a bb5 and hit him 3 times and him miss 3 times. (10k damage from 3 salvos due to spread and having to dodge 15million shells...We shall see at higher level though. I'm not disappointed by the BB1/2 though like i was with USN. RN still had my favorite BB1/2

Level 77 gunners. That is the point. Spread with Level 77 gunners on the majority of BB guns isn't great.

Level 77 gunners. That is the point. Spread with Level 77 gunners on the majority of BB guns isn't great.
This I do not argue with. EBVE acc gunners with 100exp and 400ish vets though should have some consistency to the spread for BB1 10'' duals. I land 2/4 shots most of the time due to the low angle range jump. My 81 BVE (non elite acc gunners 11/11 base) UK have very very good spread with the lv68 QE guns and have always had good spread on most guns at level. My USN gunners we're the same story grinding through the colo tree. They didn't have good spread until 10+ levels. I would just assume with the lessened shells per salvo and longer reloads the guns would have a bit better spread. I know you do alot of testing LJ but have you started a RM line yet? I'm only asking because I want to get a good gauge on how much higher I should have my gunners than BO. With USN is was around 10-12(cept the sodak shotgun with cocaine speed) with RN it was a bit less. I'll wait a day or 2 more of support/gunner grinding to know if this stays true.
