How come when I have a ligitimate compaint about someone abusing the game and making it less fun for everyone, mods don't care and never do anything, but when someone complains that I said "suck" I get kicked for 30 minutes?

Seriously why doesn't SDE put some effort into making their game better instead of worrying about words that are allowed on daytime TV.

The reason you lost is the other team had more Team attack... and if you submit tickets i would be more than happy to look in to your complaints. But without tickets we can not track problems, or resolve them. As for banning, we do not ban people just because someone complains that they said something. we need further proof to justify banning someone.

I think you missed the point here. The point is that saying suck (and many of the other things we're not allowed to say) with or without proof shouldn't be grounds for a kick or ban.

I'm pretty sure there is more behind that kick. If you have any complaints about a decision, please send a Support Ticket. It is the proper channel to address this issues.
