they replied to mines as well be didnt do what they said they did. 

they said that they have given me the items i bought but guess what they lied -_-

If the items are sailors or ships check the item section in game at a harbor in the top right.

I suppose they could argue you used/sold your stuff but since you have bought premium, if you show that's not activated it should be evidence that something screwed up.  To be safe click the tab status tab and screen shot it.  Send support again as giving advice is about all we can do here for you.
